У Фаховому бізнес-коледжі відбувся захід «Феномен нації в українському політико-правовому дискурсі». Під час заходу студенти І курсу досліджували еволюцію поняття «нація» в історичному та правовому контексті, порівнювали різні підходи до його визначення, а також аналізували, як змінювалося сприйняття нації у світовій та вітчизняній науковій думці.
Студенти знайомилися з теоріями, що розглядають націю як політичну, етнічну або культурну спільноту. Викладач історії приділив окрему увагу українському досвіду формування нації та державотворення, зокрема правовим аспектам, які закріплюють національну ідентичність у Конституції та законодавстві України.
Учасники дискутували про виклики, з якими стикається українська нація сьогодні, а також про її роль у сучасному світі. Завдяки активній взаємодії, аналітичним вправам і порівняльному аналізу студентам вдалося глибше зрозуміти складність і багатогранність цього феномену.

The Phenomenon of Nationhood in the Ukrainian Political and Legal Discourse
An event titled “The Phenomenon of Nationhood in the Ukrainian Political and Legal Discourse” was recently held at the Vocational Business College. During the session, first-year students explored the evolution of the concept of “nation” in historical and legal contexts, compared different approaches to its definition, and analyzed how the perception of nationhood has changed in both global and Ukrainian academic thought.
Students examined various theories that define a nation as a political, ethnic, or cultural community. The history lecturer paid special attention to the Ukrainian experience of nation-building, particularly the legal aspects that enshrine national identity in the Constitution and legislation of Ukraine.
Participants discussed the Ukrainian nation’s current challenges and its role in the modern world. Through active interaction, analytical exercises, and comparative analysis, students gained a deeper understanding of this phenomenon’s complexity and multifaceted nature.
